Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Corsair Coffee. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within the timeframe stated below, subject to the following conditions.

Returns

  1. Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  2. Damages or Issues: If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the damage.

Refunds

  1. Processing: Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  2. Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). The duration it takes to receive the refund will depend on your card issuer's policies.

  3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

  4. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at joseph@corsaircoffee.com.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you're shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
