Extremely high in acidity (a prized attribute of coffee) clean and bright with interesting low tones of fruit such as, grapefruit, plum, current, and lemon. Chocolate notes seem to be present towards the finish. The mouth-feel is smooth with a rounded body. The fragrance is amassing. We roast this coffee very lightly to accentuate its complexity…it is definitely an amassing example of Kenya’s best.
